Paulo`s Pizza and Subs in St. Petersburg

Ordered takeout. They never made it. The food is always been good. I'm just tired of driving there to pick my food up only to have to wait another 15-20 minutes or not have it made. Employees and owner act like it's not a big deal. When I mentioned that if it kept happening wouldn't be spending my money at Paulo's anymore, the owner and all the employees laughed saying bye now. Awesome customer service! Thank goodness we live in a city where there are numerous reputable Pizza establishments with friendly staff and great service.

Two days in a role! Yum!My family and I were in St. Pete on vacation. We were in the mood for good NY style pizza and gooooood it was! So good we went 2 days in a role not even thinking of another spot to try. The service was on point as we'll as the price and the pizza. If you want a real NY taste we recommend going to Paulo's Pizza. We can't wait to go back. 😋

Not great. Im from nyc. Just moved here. I live off nyc pizza. This is far from it. Sad. I won't return. Pizza. No taste. Pasta i ordered... dry. Bread sticks for garlic knots?!?! No. Ill still to giannis pizza. Way better.

Ordered take out from Paulo's tonight. Daughter had a medium cheese pizza (not much I can say about that, although she gave the pizza a 4 out of 5 star rating). I, on the other hand, ordered a meatball sub & Antipasto Salad.I could not finish either.... Meaning the quantity is more than impressive. I enjoyed the meatball sandwich very much, the meatballs are tender and the sauce is just as I like... Not acidic, not sweet... Just right! The Antipasto Salad includes all the likely Italian characters... Black Olives, ham, salami, cheese etc... Both the meats & cheeses and the the greens were very fresh & tender.I normally am a Toby's Little Italy fan, but I will have to seriously consider changing my go to Italian take out joint.

STEAK BOMBS. PIZZA. WINGS. This place does these three things better than any place I’ve been. So hard to find a place that does all three so well! Great staff too. They’ll remember you!

I have had several subs all really nice and several pizzas here now when family is in town. They produce a really good pie. There is more to offer on the menu and I look forward to trying more things!

Best steak & cheeses I've ever jammed my lips on! The prices are so accommodating and the portions for the price + quality & friendly service is absolutely ideal for all of my friends, family & co-workers. I use to spend my lunch break here everyday with a could delicious turkey sub or a nice hot spaghetti and meatballs dish. Perfect comfort food during a hard days work.

Great Steak Bomb and Pizzas!

We really love the customer service over the phone, and the couple times they forgot to deliver and item or got something wrong, they were quick to fix it, but we are a little disappointed. We love the antipasto salad but several times we have asked for extra lettuce... The cheapest part of the salad, and we haven't ever noticed any differenceThat sounds minimal, but that's the only thing I eat. So even tho we could oder from there every single night, we dont. Paulos is better than most, and they do their own delivery, but still leaves something to be desired.

Will not deliver 3.4 miles away. Stated that they don't come to Treasure Island?

Great place for Birthday parties! The owner and all his chefs and employees made everything amazing! The pizza and bread were SO good and they put lollipops on the cake for the Birthday Boy since we forgot candles and took our pictures for us. Thanks to Paulo's our Birthday Bash was a SMASH!!

Really like the food and the Steak Sandwich is my favorite in the area. Unfortunately, they changed the way debits are processed and are now assessing fees when you use your card. It's inconvenient from me to carry cash and I shouldn't be penalized for not paying with cash. I don't pay a fee to eat anywhere else. They gained .77 from me yesterday to help pay their fees, but they lost my business going forward.

I ordered a salad and fries. Salad came out in like 6 minutes. Fries after 20 min. I even asked for them and the guy said they were still cooking. So, I almost left without my fries. Then when they finally came out they were chewy and dark. Perhaps from the grease or..... Being in the sevice industry I tend to be a little picky sometimes, but not this time. This was my 1st experience eating there. I usually do the 3 strike rule. So, hopefully next time things well go smoother.

I've tried the NY style pizza, wings, meatball sub, and steak bomb. All were better than expected! Fresh and good quality ingredients and their own personal touches on each to make them different. Steak bomb is an epic win!

After having driven by numerous times, we finally decided to stop there for a pizza. We were pleasantly surprised because our pizza was delicious. The crust was not doughy. It was flavorful and light. That tells us they're using good flour. They also gave us ample sausage on our sausage and cheese pizza. The sauce was tasty and didn't overpower the pizza. Its not a fancy place, but the staff was friendly and the pizza was delicious. We will go back. We also noticed that there were a lot of phone calls for food pickup and delivery.

This is one of the faves. Top 5er for St Pete for sure. The family always gets the 2x 1-topping special for $20.99. Maybe try yours a little well done? That’s how we do it. Great service! Great delivery! Great pizzas! Great subs! And a small selection of tasty craft beers.

Tried calling Nd calling and when they finally answered hung up on me. They suck'

This was truly a classic Pizza establishment here you can have any sort of pizza that you're looking for any style as it is handmade and also freshly made I experienced Pizza chefs in the back kitchen, also they had beer and wine selections available and if you're not into Pizza there are plenty of other options such as wings, Subs, Grinders, salads and a host of other things also the nibble on as appetizers! If you eat inside they will bring the food to you fresh and hot from the kitchen but takeout is also available if you call ahead which I would recommend especially on the weekend.

I been coming here for years with my wife an it seems like the food gets better Everytime. I ordered a steak bomb this time an it was AWESOME!!! the grill guy will make it any way you like or just ask him to make it his way an you'll never go wrong. Pure perfection !! I'm a food ctitic from NY an these guys know what they're doing. Ill definitely be back .

Best pizza and salads in St. Pete! Everything is fresh and delicious. The portions are huge and allow for a lot of left overs. The chocolate mousse cake is fantastic too!

Ate a great pizza yesterday. Perfect NY style. Both employees had on masks and used sanitizer at check out. I'll be back and recommend to all my pizza living friends.

This place has great pizzas, calzones, & a great steak & cheese.

Paulo's is always amazing every time I'm in the area for lunch I stop in and sometimes go out of my way for Paulo's... you can't go wrong. staff is great.

Paulos has some of the best pizza, salads, and subs around. Their Italian hoagie is the bomb and so are their cheesesteaks. My wife loves their shrimp scampi pizza. You have got to get them all

Close to my home. The food is made fresh. It's delicious, affordable and the pizza is very good. I'm originally from New Jersey and I'm picky about my pizza. They cheerfully cater to my special requests and have fast delivery. I can't ask for any more than that in a local pizzeria. Thanks guys. You rock!
